General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Perrens Kitchen

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services and products offered by Perrens Kitchen,8182 Hochfelden, including but not limited to private cooking services, Pasta-Art online shop, Taste workshops and catering.

2. Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded when the customer places an order and this is confirmed by Perrens Kitchen in writing or electronically. Confirmation is usually sent by email.

3. Prices and payment terms
3.1. All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT.
3.2 Payment is made in advance, by credit card or by agreement.

3.3. For workshops, the full amount must be paid upon booking. No refunds are possible.
3.4. For catering services, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required, which is due upon booking. The remaining amount is to be paid no later than 7 days before the event.

4. Cancellation and withdrawal
4.1. The customer can cancel free of charge up to 29 days before the agreed date.
4.2. For cancellations made less than 29 days before the appointment, the deposit will be retained.
4.3 If the customer does not show up, the entire amount will be due.

5. Delivery and Shipping
5.1. Products from the Pasta-Art online shop are delivered within the DACH region.
5.2. Delivery times are specified when ordering. Delays due to force majeure or unforeseeable events are possible and do not entitle the customer to cancel the order.

6. Liability
6.1 Perrens Kitchen is liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
6.2 In the case of slight negligence, liability is limited to the typically foreseeable damage.
6.3 Liability for damages caused by improper handling or storage of the delivered products is excluded.

7. Data Protection
Perrens Kitchen undertakes to treat customers' personal data confidentially and to use it only within the framework of the legal provisions. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.

8. Final provisions
8.1 Swiss law applies.
8.2. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Perrens Kitchen, provided that the customer is a merchant or does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Switzerland.
8.3. Changes and additions to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing.
